Salty - Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1 to 30 business days. Cost: from 0 to 50 depening on circumstaces Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1 to 30 business days. Cost: from 0 to 50 depening on circumstaces

International Shipping We are not offering international shipping for now

.Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Salty is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow  48 to 100 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at salty.atr123@gmail.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages and Lost Packages If you received your order damaged, or if the package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at salty.atr123@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
